Luverne High/Middle School

Luverne middle and high school students will attend and participate in the Veterans Day program today at 2pm in the PAC. Community members are welcome to attend. The program will also be livestreamed on CardinalVision and LuvTV.

Good luck to the football team tonight as they compete for the Section Championship against Waseca. The game will be played at New Ulm High School at 7:00 p.m. Tickets will be available for purchase at the gate only, as there are no online ticket sales for this event.

If you are unable to attend, Christensen Broadcasting will provide an audio-only stream, and KQAD will carry a radio broadcast. NSPN.TV will also offer a paid livestream for those who wish to watch online.

LMS and LHS students are invited to help "scare away hunger" tomorrow! Students must purchase a sticker for $1 before school to participate in a Halloween Hat Day. All money collected will be donated to the Rock County Food Shelf.

The Luverne High School Choir will hold its Fall Concert on Thursday, October 30 at 7:30 PM in the Performing Arts Center.

The concert will be live streamed on CardinalVision and LuvTV for those unable to attend.

The volleyball team will travel to Windom tonight for the second round of Section play. The LHS Fall Play, "Trap", opens tonight! Performances are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7pm in the Performing Arts Center. Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for students and activity and student passes are accepted. Tickets must be purchased online using the GoFan app at the following link. Luverne is welcoming athletes and fans for the Big South Conference Cross Country Meet to our campus on Tuesday, Oct. 14! For that reason, we will have an early dismissal for Elementary, Middle, and High School students that afternoon.
