Ninety five members of the Class of 2025 became the newest alumni of Luverne High School during the Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 25. Led by Class President Keaton Ahrendt, the seniors tossed their hats in the air amid an explosion of confetti after the diplomas were given.
The ceremony was held in the Luverne Elementary Cardinal Gym. Students speakers were Caitlin Kindt, Maria Rops, Kylie Vander Lugt, Keaton Ahrendt, Xavier McKenzie, Zane Walgrave, Alex Schlosser, Carter Sehr, and Sage Viessman.
The class motto was a quote by Bob Marley: “Beginnings are usually scary and endings are usually sad, but it’s everything in between that makes it all worth living.”
